Need a ride around town or to a specific location? Book our general ride service for a convenient and comfortable travel experience.
Cancellation Policy
ONLINE BOOKING CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. Call or text (315) 728-7879, or email info@safevino-ts.com to plan your trip today! Maximum of 4 guests per trip. $10 booking fee will be required at time of reservation and applied to the total cost of the completed trip. Payment for the remaining balance of services requested is due at time of pickup and can be accepted through cash, credit card, or Venmo. SafeVino Transportation Services drivers will be happy to make any stops along the route to your destination as availability allow. Changes to final destination may also be allowed during the trip for an additional fee to be determined by the driver; additional payments are due before the trip to the new destination will continue. Contact us by phone or email for any changes. Cancellation within 24 hours of reservation time will forfeit the booking fee. Cancellation by the party and/or SafeVino Transportation Services due to inclement weather will be considered on a case-by-case basis; any cancellation initiated by SafeVino Transportation Services will be subject to a full refund of any deposits. Cancellations initiated by SafeVino Transportation Services will be communicated to the party at the earliest convenience possible. Consumption of alcohol, smoking, vaping, or use of illicit drugs not permitted within the vehicle. Rude and/or disrespectful behavior to the driver or other riders will also not be tolerated. The driver reserves the right to pause or cancel the remainder of any trip without refund of unused service time if any of these actions are observed. Riders will be responsible for finding other transportation to their next and/or final destinations if the ride is cancelled under these circumstances.
