Cancellation Policy

ONLINE BOOKING CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. Call or text to (315) 728-7879, or email info@safevino-ts.com to plan your trip today! Maximum of 4 guests per trip; number of trips during reservation are only limited by the amount of time reserved by the party. Minimum trip is 3 hours billed at $45/hr. $100 deposit will be collected at the time of reservation. Payment for the remaining balance of services requested is due at time of pickup and can be accepted through cash, credit card, or Venmo. SafeVino Transportation Services drivers will be happy to extend the reservation beyond the requested timeframe if availability allows and would be subject to additional payment at the time the extension is granted. Contact us by phone or email for any changes. Rescheduling allowed for your trip up to 48 hours prior to reservation. Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to reservation. You will forfeit the deposit for any cancellation within 48 hours of reservation. Cancellation by the party and/or SafeVino Transportation Services due to inclement weather will be considered on a case-by-case basis; any cancellation initiated by SafeVino Transportation Services will be subject to a full refund of any deposits. Cancellations initiated by SafeVino Transportation Services will be communicated to the party at the earliest convenience possible. Consumption of alcohol, smoking, vaping, or use of illicit drugs not permitted within the vehicle. Rude and/or disrespectful behavior to the driver or other riders will also not be tolerated. The driver reserves the right to pause or cancel the remainder of any trip without refund of unused service time if any of these actions are observed. Riders will be responsible for finding other transportation to their next and/or final destinations if the ride is cancelled under these circumstances.
