Ride to your destination(s) in the comfort and familiarity of your own vehicle with one of our drivers at the wheel.
Cancellation Policy
“We Drive” Trip Policy Number of guests per trip not to exceed the number of available seatbelts; number of trips during reservation are only limited by the amount of time reserved by the party. Minimum trip is 3 hours billed at $40/hr. $100 deposit will be collected at the time of reservation. Payment for the remaining balance of services requested is due at time of pickup and can be accepted through cash, credit card, or Venmo. SafeVino Transportation Services drivers will be happy to extend the reservation beyond the requested timeframe if availability allows and would be subject to additional payment at the time the extension is granted. Contact us by phone or email for any changes. Rescheduling allowed for your trip up to 48 hours prior to reservation. Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to reservation. You will forfeit the deposit for any cancellation within 48 hours of reservation. Cancellation by the party and/or SafeVino Transportation Services due to inclement weather will be considered on a case-by-case basis; any cancellation initiated by SafeVino Transportation Services will be subject to a full refund of any deposits. Cancellations initiated by SafeVino Transportation Services will be communicated to the party at the earliest convenience possible. SafeVino Transportation Services is NOT licensed to operator vehicles in which alcohol can be consumed during operation. While our drivers will not advise you aren’t able to drink in your own vehicle, we ask for the courtesy of not putting them in the position to do so by refraining. The vehicle owner will take responsibility for the actions of their guests that may put our driver in risk of harm or arrest.
